Lilith Sternin - Cheers

Cheers

Of the fourth season, in "Second Time Around" (1986), her first episode, Lilith Sternin's date with Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer) does not go well. Lilith disdains Frasier's activities at the bar and the bar itself. Then she leaves, leaving Frasier disappointed.

Of the fifth season, in "Abnormal Psychology" (1986), Frasier and Lilith are scheduled for the psychological talk show and not pleased to see each other again. Convinced that Frasier still has feelings for Lilith, Diane gives Lilith a makeover, including untying her hair, for her special appearance there. With that planned, they both become stunned by each other's attraction during the show and then end up leg-embracing each other. After the show is over, both feel guilty about themselves, but, after long discussion with Sam and Diane, then they start a relationship.

In "Dinner at Eight-ish" (1987), they are living together in one house. They argue over things, like neatness, and then make each other up. However, Lilith finds out his past relationship with Diane from her and becomes angry at him for concealment. With a help of Sam and Diane, Frasier and Lilith make up again.

Of the sixth season (1987–88), in "The Crane Mutiny" (1987), Lilith becomes dumped by Frasier, who becomes madly in love with Rebecca Howe (Kirstie Alley). After his unsuccessful flirts with Rebecca, Frasier then turns to Lilith and assures her that Lilith is the woman he loves more than anyone else. (Actually, bar patrons, including Norm Peterson (George Wendt) and Cliff Clavin (John Ratzenberger), trick Rebecca into licking her lips, which convinces Frasier that she is "attracted" to him.)

In "Bidding on the Boys" (1987), Lilith is furious at prenuptial agreements made by Frasier, so, at the bachelors' auction, organized by Rebecca, Lilith bids $2,000 to buy Sam Malone (Ted Danson) as her date and then wins as the highest bidder. Sam is reluctant to come between Lilith and Frasier and not pleased to go on a date with Lilith at all, who attempts to seduce Sam at a booked hotel room. Fortunately, Frasier comes into the room to stop the seduction, and then Sam steps out to leave the couple alone. Lilith admits that the whole seduction ploy was an attempt to spite Frasier, but then Frasier and Lilith make up with an embrace at the end.

Of the seventh season, in "How to Win Friends and Electrocute People" (1988), Lilith is discovered to never have driven a car before. Therefore, Sam attempts to give her driving lessons. However, Sam finds her too aggressive and becomes angry that she flipped off another driver during lessons. When she becomes self-proud about her own behavior and wants to drive, Frasier becomes frightened.
