Lilith Sternin, M.D., PhD, Ed.D., A.P.A. (formerly Crane) is a fictional character on the American television sitcoms Cheers and Frasier, portrayed by Bebe Neuwirth. In Cheers, Lilith initially dislikes Frasier Crane at their first date. However, with the help of Frasier's ex-fiancée Diane Chambers (Shelley Long), they start a relationship together at a later time. Years later, they bore a son Frederick and then become married. Later, their marriage becomes dysfunctional when Lilith had an affair with another man.

Although they were supposed to save their marriage in the preceding show, in the spin-off Frasier, Lilith becomes divorced from Frasier, and custody of Frederick goes to Lilith. Lilith and Frederick still have resided in Boston, while Frasier moved to his hometown Seattle. Lilith occasionally appears in Frasier along with Frederick. Although Frasier appears more than she, Lilith, along with Frasier, appears in both series and in Wings.
