King Ling College - School History

School History

King Ling College is an aided secondary school founded by the King Ling Foundation for Education and Culture in September 1994 in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. Although many people associate the school with another institution, Tiu Keng Leng Secondary School, which closed down in the early 90s, no academic staff members or students were transferred. In effect, the present school gains its status through the hard work of all teachers. The students are now stronger; they have higher interest in academic achievement. They are polite, industrious, and energetic.

Famous quotes containing the words school and/or history:

The academic expectations for a child just beginning school are minimal. You want your child to come to preschool feeling happy, reasonably secure, and eager to explore and learn.

    I saw the Arab map.
It resembled a mare shuffling on,
    dragging its history like saddlebags,
nearing its tomb and the pitch of hell.
