Replacement
In October 2001 Balaji Telefilms serial Kaahin Kissii Roz which used to air at 8:30 pm was shifted to the 11:00 pm slot. That same month Kasautii Zindagii Kay went on air in the 8:30pm slot when Kaahin Kissii Roz used to air.
In February 2008 Kasautii Zindagii Kay completed its final episode and was replaced by Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil the following week in the 8:30pm time slot on March 3, 2008.
