This is a list of the extreme points of the Federated States of Micronesia, the points that are farther north, south, east or west than any other location.

  • Northern-most point – Mogmog, Ulithi atoll, Yap
  • Eastern-most point – unnamed headland on Kosrae
  • Southern-most point – Kapingamarangi atoll, Pohnpei
  • Western-most point - Ngulu Atoll, Yap
