Orchestras
The FYAO consists of several different medium-sized orchestras, each separated into both age and skill level.
- Sinfonia - Strings-only orchestra for young children (ages 6 - 12), performs primarily level 2 and 3 music.
- Philharmonic - Full orchestra for children and adults aged 10-22, performing primarily level 3 and 4 music. Conducted by Alvaro Gomez.
- Symphony - Full orchestra including winds and percussion for children and adults aged 11-22, performing primarily level 5, 6, and 7 music. Conducted by Alvaro Gomez
- Camerata Chamber - Smaller "chamber" orchestra performing standard orchestral repertoire.
