Divisions
The district of Zabadani is divided into three sub-districts or Nāḥiyas (population according to 2004 official census):
- Zabadani nahiyah (ناحية الزبداني): population 40,613.
- Madaya nahiyah (ناحية مضايا): population 13,692.
- Sirghaya nahiyah (ناحية سرغايا): population 9,475.
