Famous quotes containing the words yellow and/or dog:
“If I admire my arms, my face,
my shoulders, flanks, buttocks
against the yellow drawn shades,
Who shall say I am not
the happy genius of my household?”
—William Carlos Williams (18831963)
“If a dog doesnt put you first where are you both? In what relation? A dog needs God. It lives by your glances, your wishes. It even shares your humour. This happens about the fifth year. If it doesnt happen you are only keeping an animal.”
—Enid Bagnold (18891981)
