Yazalde Gomes Pinto - Club Career

Club Career

Yazalde began playing professionally with second division's Varzim Sport Club, making two appearances late in 2006–07. He then went on to establish himself as an important first-team member.

On 15 December 2008 Yazalde moved to top flight side Sporting de Braga, signing a five 1/2-year contract effective as of January of the following year. However, he would be immediately loaned until the end of the season to league strugglers Rio Ave FC; on 22 February, he scored the game's only goal at home against Vitória de Setúbal.

In mid-January 2010, after having appeared rarely for Braga during the season, Yazalde was loaned to fellow first-divisioners S.C. Olhanense, for five months. In June he returned to Rio Ave, in the same predicament.

Famous quotes containing the words club and/or career:

Women ... are completely alone, though they were born and bred upon this soil, as if they belonged to another class in creation.
“Jennie June” Croly 1829–1901, U.S. founder of the woman’s club movement, journalist, author, editor. F, Demorest’s Illustrated Monthly Mirror of Fashions, pp. 363-4 (December 1870)

“Never hug and kiss your children! Mother love may make your children’s infancy unhappy and prevent them from pursuing a career or getting married!” That’s total hogwash, of course. But it shows on extreme example of what state-of-the-art “scientific” parenting was supposed to be in early twentieth-century America. After all, that was the heyday of efficiency experts, time-and-motion studies, and the like.
    Lawrence Kutner (20th century)
