WTXF-TV is the Fox owned-and-operated television station in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and serves the Delaware Valley area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 42 (virtual channel 29.1 via PSIP) from a transmitter in the city's Roxborough neighborhood. Owned by the Fox Television Stations subsidiary of News Corporation, WTXF maintains studios on Market Street in Center City Philadelphia.

It is the largest Fox station that is not part of a duopoly, therefore making Philadelphia the largest market in which the MyNetworkTV affiliation was not awarded to a station owned by Fox Television Stations (the programming service is affiliated locally with Tribune Company-owned WPHL-TV).
