WTXF-TV is the Fox owned-and-operated television station in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and serves the Delaware Valley area of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 42 (virtual channel 29.1 via PSIP) from a transmitter in the city's Roxborough neighborhood. Owned by the Fox Television Stations subsidiary of News Corporation, WTXF maintains studios on Market Street in Center City Philadelphia.
