"Best New Team" Award
Due to the sheer number of new teams at the 2010 venue in Doha, the organisers saw fit to institute the "Best New Team" Award, which was to be awarded to the highest-ranking team from a country which had not previously taken part in the competition. This award was given to Team UAE. In 2011 the award was given to Team Barbados and in 2012 - Team Swaziland.
