Woodcroft College - Sub-Schools System

Sub-Schools System

Woodcroft College is divided into three sub-schools each with their own heads. The sub-schools, their Heads of School and year levels are as follows:

  • Junior School: Mrs. A. Mikulcic (Reception - Year 5)
  • Middle School: Mrs. K. Sheidow (Year 6 - Year 9)
  • Senior School: Mr. A. Griffiths (Year 10 - Year 12)

Each year level in the middle and senior schools each have a Year Level Manager (YLM) who effectively manages the students and issues that arise in that particular year level. The sub-schools also operate their own Student Leadership Teams which help raise issues with the appropriate YLM or Head of School.

Famous quotes containing the word system:

We recognize caste in dogs because we rank ourselves by the familiar dog system, a ladderlike social arrangement wherein one individual outranks all others, the next outranks all but the first, and so on down the hierarchy. But the cat system is more like a wheel, with a high-ranking cat at the hub and the others arranged around the rim, all reluctantly acknowledging the superiority of the despot but not necessarily measuring themselves against one another.
