WLIW, channel 21, is a non-commercial educational public television station licensed to Garden City, New York, which serves as a secondary Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) station for the New York City television market. WLIW is owned by the New York City-based WNET.org (formerly the Educational Broadcasting Corporation), and is a sister station to both New York City's primary PBS member station, Newark, New Jersey-licensed WNET (channel 13), and the regional NJTV network.
