High School and Personal Life

Priddy was born in jewish family in Richmond, Virginia, to Ken and Sharon Priddy. He started playing volleyball after his family moved from Richmond to Florida, where he tried it in a summer-school P.E. class.

Priddy graduated from Mountain Pointe High School in Phoenix, Arizona, in May 1996. He participated in the first year of Varsity Volleyball in the State of Arizona in 1994. Priddy played the Setter position for the Pride and helped lead the team as a Junior to the school's first State Championship in 1995.

Priddy has been married to Lindsay Pierce since March 10, 2007. In 2010 he suffered from cancer.
