WCPX-TV is the Ion Television owned-and-operated television station in Chicago, Illinois. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 43 (or virtual channel 38.1 via PSIP) from a transmitter located atop the Sears Tower in the Chicago Loop. Owned by Ion Media Networks, WCPX-TV maintains studios located on Des Plaines and Van Buren Streets in the Loop. The station can also be seen on WOW! channel 12, RCN channel 13, and Comcast Xfinity and AT&T U-verse channel 38. There is a high definition feed offered on WOW! channel 208, Comcast Xfinity digital channel 238, RCN digital channel 615 and AT&T U-verse channel 1038.
