It is carried on Time Warner Cable channel 5, DirecTV channel 67, Dish Network channel 5, and Verizon FiOS channel 5. The station's business office, and studio, are located at the Eastern Hills Mall in the Town of Clarence. The transmitter, near Springville in the hills of southern Erie County, makes the over-the-air signal viewable throughout the Buffalo metro area.
