Wave 102 plays a wide range of adult orientated music, this is reflected in its playlist. As well as playing chart hits appealing to a 35+ age range, Wave 102 also plays various classic hits. Programming is locally focused and includes party music on Saturday evenings, and love songs in the late evening. All programming is produced locally with no national input.
