WAOE

WAOE is the MyNetworkTV-affiliated television station for West-Central Illinois that is licensed to Peoria. It broadcasts a high definition digital signal on UHF channel 39 (or virtual channel 59.1 via PSIP) from a transmitter at its studios on Springfield Road in East Peoria along I-474. The station can also be seen on Mediacom channel 6 and Comcast channel 11. There is a high definition feed provided on Comcast digital channel 914. Owned by Four Seasons Broadcasting, WAOE is operated through a joint sales agreement (JSA) by the Granite Broadcasting Corporation as a sister outlet to NBC affiliate WEEK-TV. It shares facilities with that station and ABC/CW affiliate WHOI (the latter is operated by WEEK-TV through a separate JSA and shared services agreement, however). Syndicated programming on WAOE includes Friends, How I Met Your Mother, The Office, and Judge Judy among others. Overnights, it airs paid programming from Corner Store TV.
