Victoria Stadium (Northwich) - Stands

Stands

The main Victoria Stand has a seating capacity of 1,180 supporters. It houses the club offices, shop, changing rooms for players and match officials, kit room, medical facilities, treatment room, fitness centre, staff and public toilets. Rare for a non-league ground, there are several executive boxes situated above the outdoor seats. The stand is also home to a bar and two restaurants. The green and yellow seating on this stand spells out 'NVFC', the acronym for the club.

The terraced Dane Bank Stand has a capacity of 2,988 spectators, and was moved from the club's original Drill Field ground in Northwich Town Centre following the stadium's demolition.

Both of the goal-ends are open, and can accommodate 434 spectators each.

Famous quotes containing the word stands:

And it is the great noon when man stands at the midpoint of his course between beast and superman and celebrates his way to the evening as his highest hope: for it is the way to a new morning.
    Friedrich Nietzsche (1844–1900)

Each humblest plant, or weed, as we call it, stands there to express some thought or mood of ours; and yet how long it stands in vain!... Beauty and true wealth are always thus cheap and despised.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)

The breadth of the problem is great, for the poet is representative. He stands among partial men for the complete man, and apprises us not of his wealth, but of the commonwealth.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)
