Education
Vicky was born in Saigon, Vietnam, and moved to the United States when she was two years old. She grew up in San Jose and Santa Rosa, and became a US citizen at age 10. She attended the University of San Francisco on an academic scholarship, and graduated as valedictorian with a major in Communications and a minor in Biology.
