Vedolizumab

Vedolizumab is a monoclonal antibody being developed by Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for the treatment of ulcerative colitis and Crohn's disease. It binds to integrin α₄β₇ (LPAM-1, lymphocyte Peyer's patch adhesion molecule 1).
