Production
On July 15, 2008 Valmet Automotive announced an assembly contract with Fisker Automotive. The company started manufacturing the Fisker Karma plug-in hybrid sports sedans in 2011. In the autumn of 2011 Russian media reported that Valmet will build 300 SUVs for Marussia Motors in 2012. In early 2012 Marussia and Valmet came public with an agreement whereby Valmet Automotive will start producing jointly developed B2 sports cars.
