USFHP delivers full TRICARE Prime benefits to more than 115,000 beneficiaries, including the family members of active-duty military, activated Guard and Reserve, and military retirees and their family members. The US Family Health Plan is distinguished by a national member satisfaction ranking that, for 2010, was 28 points higher on a 100-point scale than the national average for satisfaction with health plans, based on the 224 plans documented by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) in its Quality Compass 2010 Public Report .
Based on the report, 62.7 percent of health plan members nationally report high satisfaction with their plans (ranking them an 8, 9 or 10 on a scale of 1 to 10). By contrast, 45% more (91%) of US Family Health Plan members report high satisfaction with their plan.
