Certified Urgent Care Designation
In 2009 the Urgent Care Association of America established national criteria for urgent care centers with their Certified Urgent Care designation. The program sets standards for hours of operation, staffing, and services patients can expect to be available. The CUC designation helps patients, payers and other interested parties identify true full-service urgent care centers.
