While engaged to England national rugby union player, Ben Foden, Healy gave birth to the couple's first child, a girl, Aoife Belle Foden, on 13 March 2012. The couple married on 30 June 2012 in her native Ireland.
On 30 July 2011, Una and Ben attended the wedding of Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall.
