The Luskin School of Public Affairs houses the following research centers:

- Institute of Transportation Studies
- Center for Policy Research on Aging
- Center for Civil Society
Unique programs include a Social Justice Initiative, Senior Fellows program, Rosenfield Forums, and Canadian Studies program.
