In a move to encourage green transport biking tracks are available throughout the town, and most of the private estate provides full clubhouse facilities for its residents. In October 2010, a public library has opened, behind Citygate outlet shopping centre. In April 2011, a swimming pool has been opened near the NgongPing Cable Car.
