Reception
Tru Calling received mixed reviews from fans and critics. The series received two nominations at the 2004 Teen Choice Awards, "Choice Breakout TV Show" and "Choice Breakout TV Star – Female" for Eliza Dushku. Dushku was also nominated for a Saturn Award by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films at the 30th Saturn Awards for Best Actress in a Television Series.
