Mystery Science Theater 3000
For the first eight (1 at KTMA and 7 on Comedy Channel/Central) seasons of MST3K, Beaulieu operated and voiced the Crow T. Robot puppet and played the role of Dr. Clayton Forrester, who was the head mad scientist of Deep 13. At the end of a truncated seventh season, Trace Beaulieu left the series. Pearl Forrester (Mary Jo Pehl) replaced him as the head mad scientist and Bill Corbett took over the voicing and operation of Crow.

Famous quotes containing the words science and/or theater:
“I’ve been asked to give some words of advice for young women entering library/information science education. Does anyone ever take advice? The advice we give is usually what we would do or would have done if we had the chance, and the advice that’s taken, if ever, is often what we wanted to hear in the first place.”
—Phyllis Dain (b. 1930)
“The Beloved begins to undress. The lover is in an ecstasy of suspense. The Theater of Love.”
—Mason Cooley (b. 1927)
