Early Life
Suresh Wadkar was born in Kolhapur at post Dindnerli Tal. Karvir, India, in Maratha family. At the age of 8, he began acquiring basic music education from Jialal Vasant. He soon impressed his guru with the quality of his voice. He began performing at a very early age.
