Malaysia's first solar-powered organic farm, The Titi Eco Farm, the 28 acre (113,000 m²) resort is located just about 3 miles (5 km) from Sungai Muntoh. It is the perfect place to learn to coexist with peace and nature. The countryside retreat is located on a hilltop 100 feet (30 m) above sea level. Along the way to the farm, mist-covered hills and lush greenery greet visitors. You will also hear the sound of roosters, ducks, birds, ostriches and squirrels. The resort is surrounded by fruit orchards, a herb garden and a vegetable garden. About 30 types of common Malaysian vegetables like gourds, legumes, carrots, peanuts and chinese cabbages are grown in the farm.

Famous quotes containing the words places of, places and/or interest:
“Schools and schoolmasters, as we have them today, are not popular as places of education and teachers, but rather prisons and turnkeys in which children are kept to prevent them disturbing and chaperoning their parents.”
—George Bernard Shaw (18561950)
“But those rare souls whose spirit gets magically into the hearts of men, leave behind them something more real and warmly personal than bodily presence, an ineffable and eternal thing. It is everlasting life touching us as something more than a vague, recondite concept. The sound of a great name dies like an echo; the splendor of fame fades into nothing; but the grace of a fine spirit pervades the places through which it has passed, like the haunting loveliness of mignonette.”
—James Thurber (18941961)
“Take it all around, I was feeling ruther comfortable, on accounts of taking all this trouble for that gang, for not many would a done it. I wished the widow knowed about it. I judged she would be proud of me for helping these rapscallions, because rapscallions and dead beats is the kind the widow and good people takes the most interest in.”
—Mark Twain [Samuel Langhorne Clemens] (18351910)
