The basic off-peak service from the station in trains per hour is:
- 2 to London Waterloo via Kingston, Wimbledon, and Clapham Junction
- 2 to Shepperton
Monday to Friday, four additional early morning rush-hour trains to Waterloo are routed via Twickenham and Richmond. Three additional evening rush-hour trains from Waterloo arrive via that route.
Travel time to Waterloo is about 46 minutes. Saturday service is as to the weekday without the extra trains routed via Richmond.
The Sunday service is hourly.
