The Lucky 38 casino in the video game Fallout: New Vegas, is modeled after the Stratosphere. Mr. House (ruler of New Vegas) uses the Lucky 38 as his operational headquarters. Its silhouette appears at the lower left of the game's box art.
The Stratosphere is featured in the 2005 movie Domino.
