Stephan Bonnar
Stephan Patrick Bonnar (born April 4, 1977) is a retired American mixed martial artist who competed as a light heavyweight for the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Bonnar was the runner up on season 1 of The Ultimate Fighter on Spike TV. Bonnar earned his Taekwondo black belt at the age of 16. He holds notable victories over Brian Ebersole, Terry Martin, James Irvin, Keith Jardine, Mike Nickels, Krzysztof Soszynski, Igor Pokrajac, and Kyle Kingsbury.
