State Farm's interlocked tri-oval logo was first created in the mid-to-late 1940s and was later updated in 1953.
On December 15, 2011, State Farm updated its tri-oval logo to reflect that although the traditional three lines of products (Auto, Home, and Life) still form the core of the business, they no longer describe the complete line of 6 products (including Health, Bank, and Mutual Funds) currently offered by State Farm.
