Springvale White Eagles was formed in 1975 at the Yugoslav Workers Club under the name Springvale United. For the 1995 season they changed their name to Springvale White Eagles.
In 2002 White Eagles got into the State League Cup Final where they lost 4-2 to Westvale. The first half was 1-1 draw with White Eagles Ricky Diaco scoring the first goal from a penalty kick in the 21st minute. The second half saw Westvale scoring 3 more goals giving them a 4-1 lead. Eric Styczen scored a goal for White Eagles in the 91st minute to make the score 4-2.
In June 2007, the coach Leon Gardikiotis resigned less than a month after replacing from Zoran Trajceski. The club president Zoran Stojanovic also resigned.
For the 2008 Season Springvale White Eagles have appointed former Frankston Pines coach Stan Webster. Webster who guided Pines to promotion to the Victorian Premier League and is hoping to have a similar success with Springvale White Eagles. Webster has a good mixture of youth and experience in the team, 2008 saw the arrival of former players such as Eric Styczen, Igor Stojanac, William Armour, Dejan Rikanovic and captain Miroslav Karac.
