SMURD
SMURD is an emergency rescue service based in Romania. SMURD is the Romanian acronym for "Serviciul Mobil de Urgenţǎ, Reanimare şi Descarcerare", that means Mobile Emergency Service for Resuscitation and Extrication. It has been created and coordinated since its inception by Raed Arafat.
