Skin Food's products range from makeup, skin care, body and hair products. They uses natural food and produce in its original form as ingredients, which include fruits, vegetables and other food ingredients. Their product lines includes Salmon Darkcircle Concealer Cream, Black Sugar Mask Wash-Off, and the Omija Whitening Line, which is packaged with teabag toner, whitening emulsion, serum and creams. Other products include Aloe Sun BB cream, Peach Sake skincare line, Rice Mask Wash-Off, Coffee Body Scrub and Carrot Collagen Eye Sheet. Their packaging is inspired by plastic containers for condiments and foods, which also includes labels and instructions in English.

In August 2011, Hong Kong Consumer Council announced that two of Skin Food's nail products, 'Milk Creamy Nail Base Coat' and 'Jojoba Pure Nail', contains benzene which is a known carcinogen for leukemia. The company denied using benzene in their products and will cooperate with the Korea Food and Drug Administration on this issue. Nonetheless they withdrew the products in question for sale.

In September 2011, actress Lee Min-jung was featured in a Mood Look make-up line photo shoot with two colour range: plum and olive.
