The first-person shooter video game, Battlefield 3 features skid loaders in the maps Wake Island on all consoles and Gulf of Oman for the PC version of the game. It was first featured in the Back to Karkand downloadable content pack. The vehicle holds three people. It has no offensive capabilities, however the vehicle is still able to perform a roadkill. Performing a roadkill with the skid loader will earn the player a trophy (or achievement on Xbox 360) titled "Like a Boss!"
