Siemens AG ( ) is a German multinational engineering and electronics conglomerate company headquartered in Munich, Germany. It is the largest Europe-based electronics and electrical engineering company.

It is organized into five main divisions: Industry, Energy, Healthcare, Infrastructure & Cities, and Siemens Financial Services (SFS). Siemens has a primary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
