ShowClix is a full-service ticketing company that provides ticket sales and other event-related services to event organizers, promoters and venue managers. The company provides its clients, which include performing arts venues, museums, festivals, conferences, nonprofit organizations, colleges, universities and other event industries with services and software to manage their ticketing operations, including online and telephone ticket sales, box office management, entry control, product bundling and event promotion.

ShowClix is notable for building the industry's first cloud-based queuing system and launching one of the first ticket scanning applications for smartphones. The company also helped pioneer the advent of electronic tickets and the use of social media integration to promote events.
