Shinjuku Line (新宿線, Shinjuku-sen?) refers to several Japanese railway lines:

  • Seibu Shinjuku Line, owned by Seibu Railway
  • Toei Shinjuku Line, owned by Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation
