Shelley Williams - Steph's Confession

Steph's Confession

Much later, Shelley's suitcase was found off the coast of Scotland and her bank account had not been touched, despite a large balance. Alan was more convinced that Shelley may be dead. Steph later admitted to her father that the fight with Shelley was an accident but she could be dead.

Steph was in court for her brother, Terence Turner's death, despite her husband, Adam Forsythe, being responsible for Terence's death. Steph admitted to the court that she watched someone die (referring to Shelley's, not Terrence). She and her manipulative husband, (who later committed suicide in prison) were sentenced to life imprisonment for Terrence's murder. Alan was proud of Steph's brave confession for paying for the mistake of Shelley's accident.

Famous quotes containing the word confession:

Truth is that concordance of an abstract statement with the ideal limit towards which endless investigation would tend to bring scientific belief, which concordance the abstract statement may possess by virtue of the confession of its inaccuracy and one-sidedness, and this confession is an essential ingredient of truth.
    Charles Sanders Peirce (1839–1914)
