Sem "Semmy" Schilt, (; born October 27, 1973) is a Dutch Ashihara karateka, kickboxer, mixed martial artist, one time Glory Heavyweight Grand Slam champion and four time (three times consecutive) K-1 World GP champion. He is the only fighter in K-1 history to win the championship three times in a row, and also shares the record with Ernesto Hoost for most GPs won, with four. He has also competed in mixed-martial arts fights for the Pride Fighting Championship, UFC and Pancrase organizations.

Schilt is known for using his enormous height and reach to his advantage through mastering the Ashihara Karate techniques, avoiding getting hit while landing devastating jabs and front kicks. He is the most decorated heavyweight kickboxer in history, having won five major tournaments, and is widely regarded as one of the division's all-time greats. He also holds notable MMA victories over Akira Shoji, Guy Mezger, Ikuhisa Minowa, Yuki Kondo, Yoshihisa Yamamoto, Bob Schrijber, Pete Williams, Gan McGee, and Siala-Mou Siliga.
