Semi-Arianism
Semi-Arianism is a 4th-century Trinitarian heresy in the Christian church. Though it modified the extreme position of Arianism, it still fell short of the church's orthodox teaching that Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are of the same substance. Semi-Arianism is a name frequently given to the Trinitarian position of the conservative majority of the Eastern Christian Church in the 4th century, to distinguish it from strict Arianism.
