Saturn Electronics - Circuit Board Manufacturing Capacity

Circuit Board Manufacturing Capacity

Saturn's capacity doubled by the end of 2000 due to capital improvements. 2000 was the highest revenue year in Saturn’s history. With the industry downturn in 2001, much of this added capacity went unused through 2002. However, Saturn’s financial strength (the company is debt-free with no leases) has allowed it to overcome the downturn by adding even more equipment and processes to expand product offerings.

Famous quotes containing the words circuit, board and/or capacity:

Within the circuit of this plodding life
There enter moments of an azure hue,
Untarnished fair as is the violet
Or anemone, when the spring strews them
By some meandering rivulet, which make
The best philosophy untrue that aims
But to console man for his grievances.
I have remembered when the winter came,
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)

As a man-of-war that sails through the sea, so this earth that sails through the air. We mortals are all on board a fast-sailing, never-sinking world-frigate, of which God was the shipwright; and she is but one craft in a Milky-Way fleet, of which God is the Lord High Admiral.
    Herman Melville (1819–1891)

What, then, is the basic difference between today’s computer and an intelligent being? It is that the computer can be made to see but not to perceive. What matters here is not that the computer is without consciousness but that thus far it is incapable of the spontaneous grasp of pattern—a capacity essential to perception and intelligence.
    Rudolf Arnheim (b. 1904)
