Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is anchored by its 806-bed, acute-care hospital on the main campus at 1700 S. Tamiami Trail in Sarasota, Fla. Institute for Advanced Medicine. Blackburn Point Health Care Center. Specialties and services include: Diabetes Treatment Services, Comprehensive Bariatric Program, Sleep Disorders Center, First Physicians Group of Sarasota, Pain Care Program, Radiology and Laboratory Services. Located at 929 S. Tamiami Trail, Osprey, FL.
ER & Health Care Center in North Port. The facility offers the first free-standing Emergency Care Center in Southwest Florida, with 21 treatment rooms. Sarasota Memorial Urgent Care Medical Centers. Staffed by Sarasota Memorial's board-certified emergency and family practice physicians with a full range of services to meet urgent care medical needs. No appointments needed. Three locations: 5360 University Parkway and 6331 South Tamiami Trail in Sarasota; 1040 River Heritage Boulevard in Bradenton (East Manatee). Plans for two more Urgent Care Centers are underway.
