San Cristoforo (in local dialect San Cristòfi) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 km southeast of Turin and about 30 km southeast of Alessandria. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 595 and an area of 3.6 km².
San Cristoforo borders the following municipalities: Capriata d'Orba, Castelletto d'Orba, Francavilla Bisio, Gavi, Montaldeo, and Parodi Ligure.
