Facilities
Rushall Station is arranged with two side platforms on either side of the dual railway tracks, which are connected by an underpass. Each platform has a small station building, with a Telstra payphone located on the outbound platform. As it is somewhat isolated, Rushall station tends to be little-used, however, all advertised passenger services to and from Epping and South Morang stop there.
The Capital City Trail, which passes along the reservation of the Inner Circle railway line passes through the station.
In January 2009 one of its ticket machines was bombed.
