Marketing and Subsequent Failure
One of the main reasons behind the game's relative commercial failure was a severe lack of marketing. Due to an influx of war styled pc games and their respective 'flooding' of the markets, Robot Arena 2 simply slipped away behind the scenes. Unfortunately due to the lack of sales, another robot arena game may never be made.
